On the auspicious occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, a week-long Shrimad Bhagavat Katha is set to be organized in the UK.

With the active involvement of Dharmadarshan Foundation Nepal and devotees residing in the UK, the Shrimad Bhagavat Katha week will be held at the World Hindu Temple in Southall from August 12 to 18. The program will run every evening from 4 PM for one week.

International storyteller Pandit Kuber Subedi is arriving in the UK to deliver the Katha. Known as a speaker on the 18 Mahapuranas, Pandit Subedi has been providing free meals and lodging for over 300 devotees daily at Devghat Ashram in Chitwan and other locations in Nepal.

Subedi, who uses his Dharmadarshan YouTube channel to spread religious awakening, devotion, knowledge, and spiritual discourses worldwide, will also deliver Katha, sermons, and bhajan-kirtan programs in the UK, according to the organizers.

The Foundation has extended a heartfelt invitation to all Nepalis in the UK to attend with their families, listen to the Katha, partake of the prasad, and support the event with their physical presence, minds, and resources.

Meanwhile, the Foundation has also announced that a grand Shri Krishna Janmashtami festival will be held on August 16.
