London. Under the active initiative of newly appointed Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Deuba, 800 Nepalese individuals have been rescued from Bangladesh.

As of Saturday evening, nearly 800 Nepalese students have returned to Nepal from Bangladesh via air and land routes, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Nepalese Embassy in Dhaka has been coordinating the safe travel of students from various parts of Bangladesh to Dhaka Airport and other border points.

Minister Deuba has informed that close coordination has been maintained with Bangladeshi universities, relevant authorities, and law enforcement agencies.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that the Government of Nepal is committed to ensuring the safety of all Nepalese students.
