Sarlahi. In collaboration with Islamic Relief Bagmati Seva Samaj and Ishwarpur Municipality, warm winter clothing has been distributed to the local people.
Essential relief materials have been distributed to the citizens of various wards of Ishwarpur Municipality to protect them from the cold during the winter.
The relief distribution started last Friday, and under the program, blankets, mats, and other essential items worth approximately 2.5 crore rupees have been distributed.
As the cold increased during the winter months, Islamic Relief Bagmati Seva Samaj, in collaboration with the municipality, distributed relief to affected households in the region, with Mayor Manoj Acharya overseeing the distribution.
The relief materials provided include necessary mats and blankets to protect people from the cold.
“Our main objective is to improve the living standards of citizens affected by the cold and to reduce their hardships,” said Mayor Acharya.
The relief work was carried out with priority in the various wards of Ishwarpur Municipality. This program has brought some relief to the daily lives of the affected citizens, and plans are in place to continue such relief work in the future.
The entire relief distribution process has been completed successfully, and it is believed that the program has had a positive impact on the affected community.
Mayor Acharya has been distributing such relief packages every year for the benefit of the local people.
