London: China has announced a grant of 1 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines for Nepal.
Hao Yanqi, Chinese ambassador to Nepal, wrote in her twitter account that the Chinese government has announced to provide 1 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines to Nepal.
“President Xi Jinping has announced to provide a grant of 1 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine to his Nepali counterpart, Bidya Devi Bhandari through a phone conversation,” wrote Yanqi.
President Bhandari and her Chinese counterpart held a phone conversation earlier today.
Earlier, the Chinese government provided 800,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine in a grant assistant to Nepal.
