London. A team of Nepali artists has arrived in the UK to participate in the ‘Nepali Film Festival, London–2024’ organized by Third Eye, London.

The festival, managed by Dinesh DC Production for Nepal, commenced in London on July 7 (Sunday, Asar 23).

Third Eye, which has been organizing music programs related to Nepali films for a long time, is hosting this festival in the UK’s capital, London, for the second time.

Five Nepali films have been selected for screening at this film festival.

Under the festival, on July 14 (Asar 30), the films ‘Tulkee’ directed by Dev Thapa and ‘Prasad 2’ directed by Sudarshan Thapa were screened. The closing ceremony of the festival will be held in Woolwich on July 20 (Sawan 5) from 5 PM onwards. The Nepali film ‘Sarita’ will be screened at the closing ceremony.

Artists participating in the film festival include Shambhujit Baskota, Bhuwan KC, Dilip Rayamajhi, Pradeep Khadka, Pooja Sharma, Benisha Hamal, Kavita Nepali, Naren Khadka, Alish Karki, Anita Chalaune, Dinesh DC, and other artists currently in London for their professional work such as Pradeep Sahi, Diya Pun, Sharmila Bardewa, and Rupak Dotel.
